Organizational Meeting of the Shire of Hunters’ Home; SCA-PA Inc. February 19, 2022 at 1pm

Members were signed in with Consent to Participate and Release Liability Waiver and Covid Policy forms.

Lois Ament opened the meeting.

Elections were held and the following officers won by acclimation or majority vote:

The meeting was handed over to Tod Elford, the new seneschal.

The By-Laws that were put up for review on Nov. 1, 2021 were adopted with unanimous consent.

The Shire wished to formally acknowledge that we are willing to expand our borders. We recognized that by combining with Stormsport we could reduce administrative offices and allow for rotation of personnel through offices. We also wished to provide a home for vassals of those Shires that recently have dissolved. Attached is a petition to acknowledge acceptance of responsibility.

The Shire will move forward with the Brewing Bacon Bash but will not offer the sideboard due to difficulties in planning with food restrictions. We will be dropping the cost of the event and updating the information shortly.
